Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2025

1. Our Commitment

NovaXGlobal is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. We comply with applicable AML laws and regulations and maintain a risk-based approach to detecting and reporting suspicious activities.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

We may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits. This includes but is not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service to users who cannot be adequately verified.

3. Transaction Monitoring

We monitor all transactions for unusual patterns or activities that may indicate money laundering or fraud. This includes large single transactions, multiple transactions in a short period, and transactions from high-risk jurisdictions.

4. Suspicious Activity Reporting

We are legally required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. We may freeze accounts and hold funds pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected. We are prohibited from disclosing to users that a report has been made.

5. Prohibited Users

Users on international sanctions lists or those from jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions programs are prohibited from using our Platform. We conduct screening against relevant sanctions databases.

6. Record Keeping

We maintain transaction records and identity verification documents for a minimum period as required by applicable law, typically five years from the date of the last transaction.

7. Contact

For compliance-related inquiries, contact our Compliance team through the Platform chat or support channel. Do not attempt to circumvent AML controls — doing so may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
