1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NovaXGlobal (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. NovaXGlobal will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Trading Services
The Platform provides cryptocurrency spot and contract trading services. All trades are executed based on available market prices and liquidity. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to review and approval. NovaXGlobal reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any transaction if we have reason to believe it violates these terms, applicable law, or our AML/KYC policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) engage in market manipulation; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
7. Fees
NovaXGlobal charges fees for certain services including trading commissions. Current fee schedules are available on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaXGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
